I was very afraid they would be too dark, but Shelly is the master at color matching. The color was uneven after the first appointment, but that's why you schedule the second appointment. She matched the color perfectly. I couldn't be more happy with the results. She uses great topical treatments, so the pain is very minimal. Great personality! I've been going to Shelly for years. Even with permanent cosmetics that are tattooed on, it needs 'refreshing'. I go in yearly and of course the refresh cost is a lot less than the original process. She's personable, professional, witty, fun, entertaining...all qualities that help divert your thoughts as needles are gabbing into the tender skin of your eyelid! She indeed numbs the area, but it's still tender. The results are amazing, everyone comments on my beautiful full brows, tho I always give Shelly the credit! My brows and upper and lower eyeliner have been a game changer, as I'm not very good with makeup. I always look like I 'did-it-myself!' Her personalized care is amazing and appreciated. I have very fine colored lashes and brows with a very fair complexion so without I have a very washed out look. The eyeliner is very thin and not a dark black. I had my eyebrows microbladed here 10 months ago and I wasn’t happy with the results. I followed all verbal and written instructions as directed. The original brown color faded to red, the hair strokes were not crisp and sharp, they were blurry. The original blade marks were way too deep which left divots in my brows. They were not the same width, length, shape, and even the hairstroke pattern was different from side to side. When I went back for my 6 week touch-up appointment and politely expressed my concerns, I was told “Nobody is going to be studying your f*cking eyebrows”. I had them fixed today at a different studio and had an eye opening experience. My new eyebrow technician believes that she can completely correct what was done in 10 months ago. Please do your research and visit a couple different technicians before you make a decision.
